Weekend Academies travel to schools around the globe

Student Testimonials

My experience at Harvard Summer Business Academy was unforgettable and something that helped introduce me into the world of business. Not only was I able to learn entrepreneurship skills from future business leaders at Harvard and Harvard Business School professors, but I was also able to meet with other kids who had the same passion for business as I did. On top of this, we met with and personally talked to CEOs and other business leaders which allowed us to listen to personal accounts of the struggles and successes of entrepreneurship. The camp culminated with a business pitch competition where my team presented a business plan for a travel app idea that we came up with as well as a prototype of my team's app. If you are interested in a career in business and entrepreneurship, you can get a head start on this career path by attending the Summer Business Academy at Harvard!

SBA had a great curriculum. I learned things that I would never learn in school and in such a short period of time. In the end, you get to pitch your own idea to an audience, which puts all the skills that you have learned to the test. You also get to work with amazing people; both your classmates and the mentors. SBA also has great guest speakers whom you get to connect with and learn from. SBA was a great experience for me and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in business!

The Summer Business Academy at Harvard was a really incredible experience for me as it really gave me an idea of what life as an entrepreneur would be like. There were some great speakers that came in and the week long activity taught me valuable lessons in collaboration and seeing a project through from a simple idea to a finished product. I would really recommend this program to anyone interested in entrepreneurship because it gives you an opportunity that you couldn't find other places.
